Welcome to the website of The Catholic Archdiocese of Tabora, Tanzania. This site aims to provide you with details of the services, events, and people associated with the Archdiocese, and also be a source of relevant general and historical information.

The Archdiocese was erected on 25th March 1953 and is currently governed by Archbishop Paul R. Ruzoka. It covers an area greater than seventy-five thousand square kilometers with over two million inhabitants, of which around two hundred and sixty thousand are Catholics. Currently, there are three Deaneries and twenty-two Parishes within the Archdiocese which is constantly developing and growing.
